I am a CURATOR, MULTIMEDIA artist, HEARTFELT ABSURDIST, and practitioner of MAGIC.

My work sits at the intersection of STORY, PLACE, and EXPERIENCE. I'm a writer by trade and training, but I've never been satisfied with the two-dimensional page. I'm more interested in INVITING PEOPLE, quite literally, INTO A STORY, so they can experience it as if it were their own—and then MAKE IT SO.

AS A WRITER, I am a co-author of Ready, Set, Novel (Chronicle Books), have been published in SmokeLong Quarterly, and am the creator of multiple NOVEL-WRITING WORKBOOKS for kids and teens (NaNoWriMo). In one of my PAST LIVES, I founded Invisible City Audio Tours, curating three self-guided literary walking tours in San Francisco. In another, I curated Whole Story, a series of ART AND PERFORMANCE installations based on short stories selected for Watchword Press.

I'm currently working on Something Else All Together, a ONE-ROOM COLLECTION OF STORIES, poems, games, and spells woven into an INTERACTIVE NARRATIVE EXPERIENCE that invites participants on a journey through mystery, self-discovery, tenderness, sorrow, and the MEANING OF LIFE—through the cosmos, my life, and yours.
